Marc Sempell

Marc Sempell studied Aerospace Science and Business Management. Marc started his career as an officer in the German Air Force; following this he joined a public listed company in Germany as Quality Manager and later as Sales Manager. With his passion for Asia and his Japanese language knowledge Marc was quickly put in charge of the Asian business. Marc moved to Japan and later he lived in Singapore and Malaysia. During this period he spent 20 years as Managing Director of German companies, responsible mainly for the markets in Japan, China, South-East Asia, India and Australia. Marc moved back to Japan to satisfy his long-time desire for business consultation. Initially he joined a reputable recruiting company in Tokyo and later founded Vision Porter Japan in Tokyo, Omotesando.
